Logged into my computer in windows under same account but nothing helps always ask me to go to Every time I try to verify this account with the information it ask like old passwords Im not sure of, And credit card number ( I do not have anymore because it was a temporary number issued through Affirm) I get an email saying Microsoft cannot verify my account and sends me back the same link to do the same thing over. I have attempted to fix the problem but I'm really not sure what email it used. Now everytime I try to login it automatically says go to and fix the problem.
